HardSoft Solutions have full right to stop or delete any website in the following cases - non payment in due time or somebody using unsolicited material or users exceeding their quotas or incase of any kind of dispute. In no case, HardSoft Solutions or its owners shall be liable for any damages or losses.

We offer unconditional 15 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our Hosting Services. All Payments has to be made in advance and in special cases where the payment is not made in advance, HardSoft Solutions has full right to stop or delete the services if payment is not paid in time. Our motto is ''Work is Worship'' and the customers are requested to take proper appointment which can be taken through email before meeting us in our office . Office Timings: Monday to Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

In case HardSoft Solutions upgrade or change their Hosting, Email & database servers, users shall have the option to discontinue and they shall be paid for the unused period after deducting the registration and setup cost. HardSoft Solutions does not guarantee for any backup older than 15 days.

HardSoft Solutions also has the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time and nobody shall be informed personally, users are requested to check from time to time. The users are also requested to study all the policies and agreements in detail so as to avoid any kind of unnecessary dispute in future. Our only aim is to give World class services.
